Scott Wells is CEO of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc., (“CCOH”) (NYSE: CCO), one of the world’s largest out-of-home media companies, with operations in 19 countries. A member of the CCOH board, Scott is also CEO of Clear Channel Outdoor Americas, where he leads all aspects of the company’s U.S. operations in 43 of the top 50 markets.
Scott joined Clear Channel Outdoor Americas in March 2015 as CEO and brings extensive experience growing, transforming and revitalizing companies. He continues to lead the Americas team to incorporate sophisticated new tools and technologies that leverage mobile insights and data science to more efficiently reach audiences, measure impact and make OOH an integral part of today’s media buying conversation. This includes Clear Channel Outdoor RADAR, the OOH industry’s first-to-market suite of solutions that applies mobile location data to the medium’s physical presence to help advertisers understand and optimize OOH’s influence on desired consumer behavior. Scott also helped drive growth in the Americas business division by investing in digital sign development, in data analytics and programmatic trading, which are helping to improve and simplify the buying process.
Previously, Scott worked at Bain Capital, where he led operational improvement and transformation efforts across a variety of investments, including Apple Leisure Group and CRC Health Group. These experiences highlight the innovation and application of technology throughout his career. He’s held several executive positions at AT&T, Bain & Company and Dell.
Scott holds a BS/BA from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He is Chairman of the Achievement Network (ANet), an education-related non-profit, as well as Chairman of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA).
EVP, Chief Financial Officer, Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc.
Coleman is responsible for the overall financial strategy for CCOH, Inc. as the company continues to invest in growth, audience engagement and data innovation strategies for both Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA) and Clear Channel International (CCI). He guides the global financial strategy for CCOA and CCI; leads all global financial functions, including capital structure initiatives, liquidity management and tax strategies; supporting the capital allocation process; leads all M&A activities and manages the company’s investor relations strategy, including equity and debt capital market communications.
Coleman previously served as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer for iHeartMedia, Inc. and CCOH, Inc. and was appointed to these positions in December 1998. Previously, he served as a Project Manager in the Corporate Finance department at Central and South West Corporation, a multi-state utility holding company, from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that role, Mr. Coleman held various financial positions at Bank of America, Sumitomo Banking Corporation and National Australia Bank. Mr. Coleman received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Lynn Feldman is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of CCOH, Inc.
Feldman advises CCOH Inc.’s board of directors and senior leadership team on all major transactions, litigation, financial strategies and other critical initiatives. She is responsible for the development and execution of the legal strategy and operations that support the company’s business plans. Additionally, she leads the company’s compliance program. Feldman also served as General Counsel for Clear Channel Outdoor Americas.
An accomplished legal executive prior to coming to CCOA, Feldman served as the EVP and General Counsel for Wyndham Hotel Group, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation. Prior to that role, she served as the SVP, Deputy General Counsel and public company Corporate Secretary for the parent company, Wyndham Worldwide. Earlier in her career, Lynn was in various corporate roles within Cendant Corporation and a Corporate Associate at Lowenstein Sandler. She received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.

Jason Dilger is Chief Accounting Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings (CCOH), Inc. He was appointed to this position in May 2019. Jason leads CCOH’s global accounting functions including financial and regulatory reporting, internal controls, corporate and technical accounting and transaction support. In addition, he leads teams that provide accounting and business services for Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA).
Jason brings diversified experience as a senior financial professional and CPA. Prior to joining CCOA in 2011, he served as Corporate Controller of Sinclair Broadcast Group. Jason began his career in public accounting with nearly a decade of experience at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
Chief Executive Officer, UK & Europe, Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc.
Justin Cochrane is Chief Executive Officer, UK & Europe of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. He is responsible for the strategy and operations of the European markets in which Clear Channel operates. Justin is currently leading the Company’s European businesses through a digital transformation regarding the manner in which Clear Channel Europe sells and operates its European assets.
Justin joined Clear Channel in November 2001. After various finance and operational roles in both the UK and International Corporate divisions, including Group Controller for International and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Clear Channel UK, he became the CEO of Clear Channel’s UK business in 2015. Subsequently, in 2019, Justin became the CEO for both the UK and the European markets for Clear Channel.
Prior to coming to Clear Channel, Justin had trained as a Chartered Accountant, working in both public accounting and banking for 5 years. Justin holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Oxford. He is currently the Chairman of Outsmart, the UK’s Out of Home industry trade body, and sits on the board of the Committee of Advertising Practice in the UK.
