We have updated our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to reflect our separation from iHeartMedia, Inc. and status as an independent public company. Our updated Code of Business Conduct and Ethics: (1) includes an updated Mission Statement to reflect the new era of Clear Channel; (2) includes additional contact details for our employees to report concerns or request advice, and (3) reflects regulatory changes since the previous version.
Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applies to all officers, directors and employees throughout the global Clear Channel corporate family, including Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. We also expect contractors who work with us to uphold this Code when they work on our behalf.
