Clear Channel Outdoor Names Sara Lee Keller Executive Vice President and General Counsel
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCO), today announced the appointment of Sara Lee Keller to Executive Vice President and General Counsel, effective immediately. In this role, Keller will be the advisor to Clear Channel Outdoor on all legal matters, managing the internal legal department as well as overseeing outside counsel.

Previously, Keller served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for The Trustmark Companies in Chicago, an $800 million mutual insurance company with business units engaged in insurance and third party administration and fitness and health management service. Prior to that, she was a Partner in the corporate practice with Freeborn and Peters, served as Associate General Counsel for a General Electric Commercial Finance subsidiary, Express Financial Solutions, and was the Deputy General Counsel for DVI Financial Solutions. Keller spent the first 13-years of her career in private practice with Wolf Block Solis-Cohen culminating as a Partner in the Corporate, Financial Services and Healthcare practices.
Keller holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from Wells College in New York.
