Campaign to Promote a Greener New York via SpectacolorHD Digital Billboard in Times Square

        Clear Channel Spectacolor, the U.S. market leader in spectacular sign
        displays and a division of the world's largest outdoor advertising
WHO:    company, Clear Channel Outdoor (NYSE: CCO); the City of New York's Parks
        & Recreation department, the principal provider of the city's
        recreational and athletic facilities and programs; and New York Jets
        football player Kris Jenkins.

        With the help of Clear Channel Spectacolor, the City of New York's Parks
        & Recreation department launches its new seasonal MillionTreesNYC public
        service announcement (PSA) featuring four-time NFL Pro Bowler Kris
WHAT:   Jenkins. Clear Channel Spectacolor is donating time on its SpectacolorHD
        digital billboard to run the 30-second MillionTreesNYC spot once per
        hour for three weeks. The PSA speaks out about the benefits of planting
        trees and urges New Yorkers to care for the environment this fall with
        the goal of improving the city's greenscape.

        Clear Channel Spectacolor offers an array of out-of-home (OOH) marketing
        resources in major pedestrian destinations such as Times Square that
WHY:    enable organizations to deliver their messages directly to the public in
        a unique way. Its SpectacolorHD billboard has the best image quality of
        any digital billboard in New York City's midtown Manhattan district
        dubbed the "Crossroads of the World."

        Clear Channel is a long-time supporter of NYC Parks & Recreation
        initiatives like MillionTreesNYC, as this is the second year the company
        has promoted the campaign pro bono. Parks & Recreation is the steward of
        about 29,000 acres of land -- 14 percent of New York City -- including
        more than 5,000 individual properties ranging from Coney Island Beach
        and Central Park to community gardens and Greenstreets.

        For this year's campaign, Clear Channel is providing a canvas for the
        city's department to advance MillionTreesNYC's goal of planting one
        million trees by the year 2017, a part of Mayor Michael Bloomberg's
        PlaNYC 2030 sustainability vision.

WHEN:   The MillionTreesNYC campaign was unveiled on October 25th and will be
        running through November 14th.

WHERE:  Set in the "Crossroads of the World" next to Duffy Square, the
        SpectacolorHD board is situated at 47th Street and Broadway.
