Clear Channel Outdoor Appoints Chet Kwasniak as Chief Financial Officer

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCO), today announced the appointment of Chet Kwasniak as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for its Americas Division. Mr. Kwasniak's appointment will be effective June 15, 2009. He will oversee all financial reporting and IT activities, and will report to Paul Meyer, President and CEO of Clear Channel Outdoor for the Americas.

Mr. Kwasniak joins Clear Channel Outdoor with prior experience at Greenheck Corporation, North America's leading manufacturer of building ventilation equipment, where he held the same position. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer, Group Vice President of Finance and Business Development at Danaher Corporation's Sensors and Controls Group where he gained international experience in Asia and Europe. He also served as a Group Controller at Cisco Systems and as an Area Controller at Pactiv.
